Our ages are a little different, so I could not tell you stories about school, but I do have a story that isn't so crazy.
Once upon a time, there was a man who lived in a small village, and all he had with him was his camel. This man liked to travel, and always took his camel with him. On one such journey, he lost his camel. He looked along the road and through the villages, asking anyone he saw if they had seen his camel. No one had.
Some time later, he came across three wise men, who he asked if they had seen his lost camel. The first wise man asked, "Is your camel blind in one eye?" to which the man said yes. The second wise man then asked, "Is your camel lame?" to which the man exclaimed, "Yes, he is!" and then the third wise man asked, "Was your camel carrying grain on one side and honey on the other?" which made the man very excited indeed, and he asked "Please, tell me, where is my camel?" but the three wise men did not know where his camel was, and told him as such.
The man grew angry, thinking that the wise men stole his camel and were making fun of him. He took them before the king and told him what the three wise men had said. The king asked the wise men if they had seen the camel, which they denied. "Then how can you identify such a camel?" the king asked.
"I saw grass eaten on only one side of the road, so I assumed the camel was blind in one eye," said the first wise man.
"The hoof marks were lighter on one side than the other, so I assumed the camel was lame," said the second.
"There was grain spilled on one side and honey on the other, so I assumed the camel was carrying grain and honey," said the third.
The king considered what they had said and concluded that they were not thieves and sent the camel-owner on his way, telling him to search along the path that the three wise men took. and the three wise men were appointed to the king's court for their cleverness.
...And that is the tale of The Hunt for the Camel.
There are plenty of violent tales, with revenge killings and executions, if that is something that you are interested in. I just thought that maybe--
