The other power I have is one to seal spirits. But it involves a ritual and it's kinda complicated, so I wasn't sure if it would work on the ones here.

It might not, but it would be good to keep it in mind when things become gruesome. Our Watchers aren't naturally angels and not all of them are happy with our situations.

I doubt they know either, I had to explain how my bloodmetry worked. The only one who did know was my father, that's why he wrote that stupid story in the first place. Seeing his spirit might not be the worst though, cause then I could kill him myself.

The song is stuck in your head even now as you stare down this grotesque mass in front of you. part cinders, part eyes, part flesh and all montrosity, Demon Tsuyukomi screams.

No, it begs for a wish as if you're Santa Claus, which really makes the song all the more fitting now that you think about it. Another cry and it floats closer; you really can't afford to do anything but focus right now and figure out how to get out of this mess.

And what a mess it is, another twisted story of humanity being fucked, another lunatic who killed innocent people for their whims and wishes. Burned alive. The eyes, no the people in front of you were chained together and burned alive all in the name of a ritual and this is the result. It's equal parts children, adults, and even the arsonist himself as they're all one cursed entity now.

You can't grant their wish and bring them back to life, but maybe you can set them free. The katakana on your hip is blood soaked yet hasn't lost it's edge, and it calls out to you even though you've never wielded a sword in your life. It has a mind of it's own, a mind born of the grudge by it's owner, yet another spirit who you laid to rest.

What better way than to fight spirit with spirit. A curse with a curse.

No, I only had to use it that once. I've always preferred to use my fists to weapons.
