I'm a high school student, but I gotta pay the rent somehow. And I'm good at it, and it's fun.

I would not want to put you in a position where you could be injured on my behalf. You may be skilled, but I could not be so selfish where I ask you to be hurt. I got a small fraction of my abilities back, so hopefully...

The ability to make parts of my stories a reality. It's as I said- it's just a fraction, though.

What the hell does that mean?

I'm a storyteller. The magic that I had before I was summoned here was much more powerful, and I could bring characters to life to act on my behalf. At its peak, the ability was so powerful that I could create worlds only heard of in fiction.

You see, I am not suited for battle, but I have characters who are. However, per our deal, the ability has been tempered. It's not really supposed to be used for offense, but more of a means of defending myself or escape.
